With each suite purchased, a parking spot is included for the resident’s use. The secured underground parking garage is conveniently equipped with heating or air conditioning, pending the season, and is brightly lit for safe passage at all times.  An additional spot is available for a monthly fee.


 









Storage
 
In addition to a parking spot, residents are also given a storage unit. The storage units, which are located in the lower level, are equally secured and are also heated or cooled as dictated by the weather.
