To help maintain residents' health and wellness, a Medical Centre is located just steps from your new home, dramatically set on its own small pond.

Here, a team of doctors are regularly on hand, along with a pharmacy, physiotherapist and chiropractor. Located beside the Medical Centre - and allowing residents to "age in place" - there will also be independent and assisted living residences, offering a more hotel-like setting with smaller suites and central dining areas.

With these new lifestyle alternatives will also come a range of housekeeping, laundry and food preparation services available to all residents on a per-use basis.

For those moving to Guelph from other cities and into the Village of the Arboretum, it has been arranged that they will be automatically be assigned a doctor based out of the neighbouring Medical Centre.
